How many guests can you host?
We host wedding receptions for 30 to 130 guests in Uptown Waterloo and Downtown Kitchener, and 30 to 150 in Ayr Village. Tell us your number and we'll suggest the best fit.
Can we bring our own décor?
Yes. Couples regularly bring their own decorations, signage and table settings. We'll help you plan the setup.
Can we customize the menu?
Yes. Build it around your favourite cocktails, dishes and desserts, served sit-down, family-style or cocktail-style with passed hors d'oeuvres.
Do you host ceremonies too?
Yes. You can have your ceremony and reception in the same place, so guests never have to change venues. Mention it in your enquiry and we'll plan both with you.
How far ahead should we book?
Summer Saturdays go first, so the earlier the better. Send your date and we'll tell you right away what's open.
